2. AI Concierge and Communication

We utilize an AI-powered spokesperson to assist with scheduling, inquiries, and client follow-ups.

• ◆ Accuracy: While our AI is designed to provide accurate availability, all bookings and final itineraries are subject to manual verification by our human consultants.
• ◆ Recordings: Interactions with our AI concierge via voice or SMS may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance and to accurately document your travel preferences.

3. SMS and Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in via our website contact forms, you agree to receive text messages from Elevida LLC.

• ◆ Usage: Messages are sent for appointment confirmations, discovery call reminders, and relevant travel updates.

Elevida LLC shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of the performance of third-party travel suppliers or the technical operation of our AI concierge.
